“Style and panache”

We’ve just completed outline sketch designs for a small garden room extension to a listed building.  Our proposals were very different to the sketches prepared by our clients by way of briefing materials, but we have developed the design within the constraints of the listed building to great effect.  Here’s what they had to say:

“Many thanks for coming here yesterday. It was a very helpful chat  and I am writing to confirm that Jean and I approve entirely the plans as presented.  The design meets our requirements in full, and does so with welcome style and panache. I particularly like the idea of a structural pillar in the lawn and hope that the planners do not find that too racy for their own taste. If it were constructed with brick or stone, we could  make a  really classy feature out of it.”
