Whether you’re just considering a project or have already decided and want to make a flying-start, Dwell can help. Our Dwell. At home design workshops have been developed to provide you with ideas, inspiration and solutions in a quick, efficient and cost-effective manner.

One of our Chartered Architects will visit you in your home and spend time gathering facts, discussing ideas and developing design options with you. Every visit is different and following an initial discussion will be tailored to meet your individual needs and maximise the value of the session. A workshop will typically include:

• time spent looking at your home and discussing your needs
• taking measurements and preparing sketch plans of your home
• developing a series of sketch proposals outlining different ways of meeting your needs
• providing information on permitted development, planning permission budget cost advice

Following the session, we will return to our studio and collate the materials produced with you, presenting them in a design report for you to keep. This maps out the next stages of the project and you can choose to pursue the project should you wish – as many clients of our clients have, but there is no obligation to do so.

A half-day workshop is just £495 plus VAT, with a full-day session available for larger projects or whole-house schemes at £795 plus VAT.
